DESCRIPTION - Long-time favorite for tighter portraits without perspective flattening of longer lenses, excellent for either head or head-and-shoulders shots. Moderate telephoto effect and relatively wide aperture qualify this lens for sports, group photography and candid shooting.

 

Features. A versatile long focal length lens which forms the ideal link between standard and super-telephoto lenses, this compact optic has a viewing angle of 23° and a maximum aperture of F2.8. A popular member of interchangeable lens systems, the Super-Takumar 105mm F2.8 is well balanced and easy to handle.

Main uses. Outstandingly versatile, this lens is suitable for all types of subjects. Handy and compact, it affords vividness of image not obtainable with standard focal length lenses.

A quality medium telephoto lens of 5 elements, with well corrected aberrations. Light-weight design for portability and easy handling. 

Recommended for scenery, portrait, news photos and other moderate telephoto effects. Equipped with fully automatic diaphragm; supplied with special lenshood.
