| This photograph was produced to illustrate an
upcoming article in the GMC owners magazine, GMC
Directions. It illustrates a rare Hot Wheels toy as
part of an article about antiques bearing the GMC theme.
This graphic was produced from traditional film and
altered to feature the "redline" wheel which
distinguishes this toy from its more common counterpart
with plain black wheels. This graphic alteration was
necessary because the toy in question was unavailable in
time for publication deadline. Significant graphic
editing was also performed to produce a drop-out white
background and to eliminate minor imperfections in paint
finish of the toy. The graphic was delivered using e-mail. Two views were provided to allow the art director some flexibility when composing the finished page. The original graphic was 800x600, reduced here for presentation on the internet. |
